I’ve worked in hospitality for over 18 years, from waitress to manager to operations lead. I also bring a background in Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and 5S, which means I don’t just teach good service — I teach smoother systems, better teamwork, and how to make your job less exhausting and more efficient.
